This website is operated by Keton Kids. The below Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Keton Kids and our users and customers.

ORDERS & STOCK
Once your order is placed, we will accept that order as final and changes or cancellations cannot be made to the order unless you contact us directly. By placing an order, you agree to all the terms and conditions.
Should a product not be available at the time of placing your order, we reserves the right to contact you and advise you of your options.
If any item ordered is not in stock at the time of delivery to you, we may in its absolute discretion:
- deliver the balance of the order;
- forward the missing item when it comes into stock;
- supply an agreed substitute for the item; or
- refund you the price of the missing item.
We aim to have all out items in stock, however in some cases we may sell out of an item before we have a chance to mark it out of stock. We will endeavour to be in touch with you to notify when the item is expected to be back in stock.
Payment of the full price displayed in AUD (or your relevant country’s conversion rate) must be paid at the time of purchase.
All prices displayed are current, but are subject to change, at our discretion.
We accept payment via PayPal (which includes a credit card option). PayPal is a secure and convenient way of processing your payment.
We will not be responsible for any delays in payment clearance and cannot ship orders until we have received payment in full.
We also cannot promise the availability of your desired stock if payment does not clear or cannot be taken for any reason.
Keton Kids gladly offers worldwide shipping to our customers.
All orders are shipped using the Australia Post Parcel Post service. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has shipped. International parcels are untracked unless requested and will incur extra fees.
Once your order is confirmed, it may take up to 10 days to ship. This is due to the fact that our products are personalized or made to order and we like to make sure they are perfect before we send them out to you!
Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders, please allow two weeks for delivery. If you are located in a regional area please allow 3 weeks. International customers should allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
If you require your products urgently, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order (or as soon as possible after) to arrange express shipping.
Shipping times are merely a guideline and in many cases your order will arrive sooner. We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances beyond our control.
Please allow the shipping timeframes stated above before contacting us about your order. Under no circumstances will we replace an order before these shipping times have lapsed. If your order has not arrived after these times, please contact Australia Post with the tracking number provided. If they are unable to remedy your issue, please contact us at: email@example.com and we will seek to assist you.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
If you are ordering from outside Australia, we assume that you are aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country.
We will not be responsible for the payment of any such costs, nor will we be responsible for replacing goods that may be seized by customs in your country.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect choice. Products are made to order and a lot of time and care goes into creating each order. We want you to be stoked with your purchase so feel free to contact us with any questions you may have at firstname.lastname@example.org
We take a lot of care when packaging orders for shipment, and each item is inspected thoroughly for defects before it is sent to its new home.
- All A4 prints are packed in plastic protective pockets with boxboard and are sent in a rigid envelope for extra protection.
- Our oversized A2 prints or posters are rolled up carefully with tissue and placed in appropriate mailing tubes for protection.
- There are no refunds or exchanges for digital purchases (printables) under any circumstance.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the damage alleged. We will assess damage on a case-by-case basis and it is at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned or refunded on the basis of damage.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any product if we do not deem it to have been damaged during postage and handling. Furthermore we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement as soon as practicable.
From time to time we may offer promotions to our awesome customers. These may include, but are not limited to, discount codes, vouchers or giveaways.
These promotions will only be valid for specified periods, and any and all conditions must be complied with in order to successfully redeem or qualify for promotional benefits.
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify any such promotions, at any time without notice or consequence.
We make every effort to ensure that the images and descriptions of our products are accurate. We cannot, however, be liable for differences in color or appearance that may be attributed to variations in calibration of your computer monitor or handheld device.

In addition to this, because our items are handmade, they may differ slightly from product to product. Any variation that may exist in colour, appearance or otherwise, is not considered a fault and is instead reflective of the uniqueness of each item.
Our Happy Sacks are intended for children and are handmade with good quality materials and great care. However these designs may incorporate small parts that are hazardous to small children and care should be taken to ensure that children are not left unattended with these items at any time. Keton Kids does not take any responsibility for any injury incurred through the use of the Happy Sacks.
All of the designs, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, text, HTML code or other intellectual property that has been made available on Keton Kids, or throughout our social media, is the copyright material of Keton Kids and remains our intellectual property at all times.
This content may not be reproduced, re-published or disseminated in whole or in part without the express consent of the authors and copyright owners at Keton Kids.
The gathering, storing, printing or copying of this content for individual/personal use may be permitted, however the use of our intellectual property in relation to any business or for the advancement of any commercial venture or otherwise is strictly forbidden. Action may be taken against any person or persons who is found to be misusing our intellectual property.

Our business is always evolving, and as such, we may occasionally make alterations to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make such modifications without notice or consequence.
Any changes to our processes and procedures that will affect our Terms and Conditions and therefore our customers, will be published on our website and will take immediate effect from their time of publication.
